Kaiarts.ai is a specialist Orchard Core development house and applied-AI engineering team based in the beautiful city of Perth, Western Australia. We build the platforms, AI tools and automations that help organisations run better — and we are turning what we have learned into Miishmash.ai, an AI workspace for small and medium businesses.
Our mark
开 means open.
Our mark is 开 (kāi), the Mandarin character for “open” — and the first sound in our name. It stands for open doors, open platforms and an open way of working, and it is the idea behind everything we build.

We build on Orchard Core, the open-source .NET CMS and application framework, so you own your platform and are never locked into a proprietary stack.

We favour open-weight models such as DeepSeek and Qwen where they fit, served on open runtimes like SGLang and deployed where your data lives, so AI stays private, portable and cost-aware.
Open about decisions
AI answers cite their sources and automated actions leave an audit trail. You can always see why something happened.
