Miishmash.ai is built around DeepSeek models for fast, cost-effective reasoning and chat, with every answer grounded in your own knowledge through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Can I use my existing RAG or vector database?+
Yes. Use our managed knowledge base with zero setup, or connect the vector store and retrieval pipeline you already run through our API.
Which apps can Miishmash.ai connect to?+
Hundreds, including Xero, QuickBooks, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, HubSpot, Stripe, Google Calendar, Notion and Airtable. Connect them with a click; we handle sign-in, token refresh and keeping data in sync. Agents use your connections without ever seeing your credentials, and anything destructive waits for your approval.
Does it work with Xero and other accounting software?+
Yes. Miishmash.ai connects to Xero, QuickBooks Online, MYOB, Sage, FreeAgent and Zoho Books. Ask questions like “Which customers are more than 30 days overdue?” and get answers from live figures. Flow can turn emailed supplier invoices into draft bills coded to the right account and tax rate, sync Stripe payouts and sales into your ledger, and send polite reminders on overdue invoices. Agents prepare changes, but nothing is posted or approved in your books until you sign it off.
